Powerful AI belongs inside your walls
We started CortexEleven on a simple conviction: every organisation should be able to put modern AI to work on its own knowledge - without shipping decades of sensitive records to someone else's cloud.
A world where any organisation can hold a lifetime of knowledge and ask anything of it - with intelligence that lives on their own hardware, and data that never leaves their control.
The principles we build on
Founded by people who know data, trust and product
Three co-founders with decades of combined expertise in data management, data resilience, AI and product - as well as a reputation for exceptional customer support. The foundations CortexEleven is built on.

Two decades protecting and managing the data of the world’s largest organisations.
Hover for bioEugene has spent decades in enterprise data management and cyber-resilience, building and leading large, highly technical teams, including in senior global leadership and executive roles at Commvault, a global data management, data-protection and cyber-resilience leader. He is also founder of Fortisphere, an advisory practice that helps businesses turn AI ambition into practical transformation - from readiness and benchmarking through workflow automation, implementation and executive operating support.
That career sits at the exact intersection CortexEleven is built on: making data both deeply usable and rigorously protected, and AI genuinely practical for the organisations that adopt it. He leads the company’s vision and strategy, founded on a conviction his career proves out, that businesses can adopt modern AI without ever surrendering custody of their data.

A venture builder and operator who has helped launch and scale technology companies from the ground up.
Hover for bioJames was Managing Partner at Helix Collective, a Sydney-based venture studio and investment fund that brings capital, capability and advice to new ventures - backing and building technology companies across AI and emerging technology over more than a decade. He also co-founded ProviderCheck, a national startup, a rare blend of hands-on technical delivery and company-building. Across founding, investing in and operating technology businesses, he has taken products from first concept to market, raised and deployed capital, and built the teams and partnerships that turn an idea into a company that scales.
He leads CortexEleven’s revenue and growth, bringing sovereign, on-premise AI to the healthcare, legal and accounting organisations that need it most, and knows first-hand what it takes to turn technology into a business people adopt and trust.
